Local Intake
Enrolling your child is normally completed through the primary school your child attends. Enrolment information is distributed to primary schools in Term 1 of each year. Parents are required to complete an application form and submit for processing. If you reside in the local intake area and you intend to enrol your child at Melville SHS, please complete our Enrolment Application Form.
Students intending to enrol in Year 7 must submit an application by 1 July of the year prior to Year 7.
Late and incomplete enrolment applications may miss subject selection, parent evenings and transition day. Parents wishing to enrol students after the school term or school year has commenced, need to complete an application for enrolment and make an appointment with the school to discuss their circumstances.
