Lester Prize Award Recipient

A cause for celebration! Well done to Ruchida Saenmuang who won second place in the Lester Prize Youth Category for her piece ‘Ra Warng Glarng (in-between)’. Congratulations again Ruchida! Whilst the youth category doesn’t attract the same large cash reward as the open category it is, nonetheless, a highly prestigious award and a testament to Ruchida’s mature vision and technical skill as well as, of course, the fine mentoring provided by the dedicated Arts department at Melville Senior High School.
